CAN ANYONE JOIN FEEL BE LOOK?

The FEEL BE LOOK SQUAD is a women’s-only membership available to women worldwide. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to join.

WHEN WILL I START?

Your account will be ready to go as soon as we receive your consultation form + complete your onboarding process into the app (12hrs max.) Our 2-year, set workout calendar starts the following Monday.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

The FEEL BE LOOK SQUAD is a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 AUD per month. Your first monthly payment is required up front and 100% of payment is required before you receive access to the app. Should you decide to cancel, access to the FEEL BE LOOK SQUAD will cease on the final day of the purchased month. To cancel the FEEL BE LOOK SQUAD, please email info@feelbelook.com with the subject line – ‘CANCEL’.

CAN I GIFT THE SQUAD TO FAMILY/FRIENDS?

Absolutely!! There is no better gift than to help improve someone's health & happiness. To purchase a gift certificate for a loved one, please email info@feelbelook.com with the subject line – ‘GIFT’. Once payment has been processed, a digital gift certicate will be sent via email to the person who purchased the gift.

HOW LONG SHOULD I JOIN THE SQUAD?

For best results, a minimum of 2-3 months is recommended to ensure long-lasting habits have been cemented before attempting to go solo. In saying that, there is no end-date for the FEEL BE LOOK SQUAD. You are welcome and encouraged to stay for as long as you like so long as you are enjoying it. We have many members who leave for 2-3 months but always return because they miss it so much.

IS THERE A MEAL PLAN PROVIDED?

Yes, there is a 28-Day Meal Plan included. This 28-Day Meal Plan outlines the exact approach that I follow when it comes to Nutrition. It is adaptable to you and your lifestyle with a focus on food freedom and enjoying the foods that you love. It includes my favourite family/ kid-friendly recipes, a Macro Bowl Masterclass, a Kitchen Staples List + lots of nutritious snack ideas. Meal tracking and accountability is also included when you join our SQUAD (optional). If fat loss is your goal and you'd like to follow a specific meal plan to achieve fat loss, you'll be given an exclusive discount to purchase the '3 Week Body Reset' by Health with Bec (Qualified Womens Nutritionist & Weight-Loss Specialist) and are encouraged to follow this whilst with the FEEL BE LOOK SQUAD. I am very familiar with Bec's approach and can help & support you whilst following this lifestyle.

WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISE IS INCLUDED?

My signature FEEL BE LOOK circuits are suitable for all women from beginner – intermediate. They are done in less than 30 minutes. These circuits require little to no equipment (dumbbells only). All workouts are low impact/ high sweat. They are designed to keep cortisol levels happy to avoid burnout & fatigue. They are pelvic-floor friendly and include lots of variety to ensure they are enjoyable for consistency sake. Whilst the FEEL BE LOOK circuits are included, you do not have to do these circuits. Each client has the ability to input & upload their own movement which can include gym workouts/ classes, pilates, yoga, dancing, skiing etc. What's more exciting is the ability to create your own workouts using our extensive exercise library (available after 2 years) - this allows you to choose only the exercises you love + still get a workout in based on the amount of time you have available to exercise.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY/ HEALTH CONDITION?

FEEL BE LOOK is an inclusive health & fitness program which proudly supports women with limitations and health conditions such as Endometriosis, Chronic Fatigue, Post-Partum, Pelvic Floor Weakness & Perimenopause.

FEEL BE LOOK requires each member to be cleared to perform low impact exercise. If you suffer from any injury/ illness/ health conditions, please seek clearance from your GP before joining.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE APP?

This membership is run exclusively through TRAINERIZE. Once joined, each member will be instructed on how to download the app and access their profile/ account.
